A key element of NCSFR is the conference held annually in the fall. The purpose of this event is to create an environment where individuals representing all aspects of the small fruit industry can dialogue, network, problem solve, educate, and plan. The conference location rotates between Oregon, Idaho and Washington and includes the following:

Day 1

  • General Session: NCSFR funding is reviewed and updates are provided on Center, university and USDA activities
  • Research Reports for final year projects and Small Fruits Initiative
  • Commodity research priority setting
  • Researcher program overview seminiars
  • Interactive poster sessions
  • Evening reception, wine tasting, and dinner with informal discussions and networking
